About us
Tracks&Poles&Things is a family business with over 40
years combined experience in the home furnishings industry.
With an art education Justine Bennett embarked on a carreer
in interior design and ran a successful practice supplying customers
all over the north west of England with a full interior design
service. Throughout this time all curtain measuring and fitting
was provided by Justine's father Peter. Realising there was
a demand for more specialised curtain hardware for more difficult
windows and applications Justine and Peter pooled their resources
and experience to begin Tracks&Poles&Things. Justine
designed and buit a website and in 1996 www.tracksandpoles.com
was born and continues as you see it today.
As the demand for specialised curtain fitments increased, the
business grew and Justine decided to concentrate all her time
on tracksandpoles.com and also on staircrazy.com that came about
as a spin off from the original website.
In 2004 Sarah Bennett, Justine's sister-in-law joined the business
to take over the day-to-day running of the office and between
them they pride themselves in running a very tight ship that
concentrates on giving the best customer support possible. In
the summer of 2007 Justine's brother Daniel also joined the
business to run the warehouse and distribution department. Joanne
Maynard joined the team at the end of 2007 to concentrate on
customer care and sales and finally Diane joined in early 2008
to help Sarah with office duties. Tracks&Poles&Things
now has a huge wealth of knowledge and experience and believes
they can find a product to suit even the most difficult situation.
Justine or Joanne are both available for instant advice every
day via the phone. Joanne is also available via the live web
help system Monday to Friday.
