How to use the Pigtail valance creator.
1. Secure base plate to the wall or architrave (use wall fasteners if required)
2. Fan fold fabric and drape over horizontal bars.
3. Push loop of fabric through hole from the rear.
4. Rotate loop and draw over hook.
5. Adjust fabric as desired.
