McCormick pelmets are made from a lightweight
cast, wood effect composite material that is easy to assemble and
install. Components have been purposely designed to fit straight and bay windows and to make bed canopies and cornicing. Choose the components you require to make up your pelmet from 9 traditional styles and 15 finishes. Chapeau) The Chapeau pelmet is constructed from individual components. The fascia makes the main front section and can be made from one piece up to a maximum of 240cm long. For straight lengths over 240cm the fascia will be supplied in two sections and a centre piece will be required. Order more shorter pieces to form the returns or sections of a bay and corner pieces to create the bends. The composite material can be cut with a hand saw but is best ordered in the exact lengths you need. The parts can then be fixed with screws to the top of a wooden lath/pelmet board.
